1. Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.
• To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@mychoice.com with your order details and photos showing the issue.
• Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and condition.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are opened, used, or not in original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
