2. Damaged or Wrong Product

Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.

3. Reporting Timeline

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp with:

• Order ID
• Clear images/video
• Description of the issue

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided for:
